Harry was an Organ Donor.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Harry O. Palmer and Sandra A. McMahon, a brother Kenneth E. Palmer, maternal grandparents, Elwood and Irene Reese, paternal grandparents, Harry L. and Marthalea Palmer.
Surviving are his sons Justin and Timothy; three sisters Tina (Doug) Krupa, Vickie (David) Atkinson, Sandra (John) Hess, a grandson Declan. Also surviving are aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Arrangements will be set at the convenience of the family.
