JAMES ROBERT PRICE JR passed away in his home on November 12, 2015.  He was born on July 1, 1933 in Baltimore Md.  He was predeceased by his mother Alice (Beck) Railey of Melbourne FL. and his father James Price of Maryland.   He served in the Navy during the Korean Conflict 1951-1955 and retired from Armco Steel.  He last resided in Palm Bay FL.   Jim was survived by 4 children, Carole Parsons (Dave), Victoria Price , James Price Jr.(Karen) Jeffery Price, ( Barb) His sisters, Ethel Coggin (Earl) and Alice Bosse.  7 Grand Children, Johnna Martin, Christopher Mann , Mathew Burgoon,  Erica, Lauren, Jamie Price, and  Joshua Baer  4 Great grandchildren Dylan, Jared, Emma Burgoon , Declan Baer.  2 first cousins Dorothy Rode ( Albert) and Lucille Malcolm.  He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  He enjoyed gardening and the beach.

We have all missed you for a long time. It’s hard to fathom you not being around. 
You were a bright light in our lives. I hope you know how much you meant to your nieces and nephews... You were the “fun guy”, one who could be counted on to spend time with the kids and love them unconditionally. 
You will always hold a special spot in our hearts; You are loved. 


Sweet Jimmy, We all have missed you for a long time. I know we'll all be together again one day. You were an important part of our family and the emptiness is felt by all of us who loved you. How do you say goodbye to someone special that you didn’t know was gone. It was just you and Me for a long time Jim..I remember those years so well. Love you and miss you  and know we’ll be together again.. Love you, your sister, Ethel.

We created many good memories together for many years. I only regret not being able  seeing you in recent years. I will always cherish the good years. Your Brother (in law) Earl

I understand Jimmy had quite a machine shop back in Pennsylvania.  Several decades ago he gave me a set of C-clamps from that shop.  There were 6 of them.  I didn't think I'd ever need that many but was I mistaken.  I use them to this day.  Thank-you Jimmy.

I hope this site stays here forever as a tribute to you, from your family and friends that loved you and miss you.   If not we'll find another way to honor you and remember you.  XOXOX
