Born in Colombia, S.A. he was the son of Juan and Anna Villegas.
He was a member of many Christian churches in his 90 years and as of recently belonged to First Baptist Church of Palm Bay.
He is survived by his sons Elmer, Henry, George, John, Robert and his daughter, Ivette as well as their spouses. Jorge leaves 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Jorge has many who loved him that also include his siblings Jaime, Nohemy, Gildardo and Nelly
