Joseph S. Tacke, 74, of Melbourne, FL died Friday (11/8) at his home. A native of Cleveland, Ohio he came to the Melbourne area in 1971 from Maple Heights, Ohio. Joseph had been an actor and was in many films, including “Instinct.” He had served in the U.S. Air Force where he was a weapons mechanic. Joseph was always a good neighbor to those around him and enjoyed walking on the beach and wood working. He also loved to ride his motorcycle and play with his dogs.
Survivors include his wife: Helen, sons: Lee Allen of Melbourne, Carl of Cleveland, Ohio; daughter: Wendy Sharma of Cleveland, Ohio; brother: James of Cleveland, Ohio; sister: “Aunty Addy” of Melbourne; grandchildren: Hillary, Jessica, and Cory Sharma, Lilian, Alexander, Christinia, James, Crystal; two great-grandchildren; and nephew: Anthony.
There will be a Life Celebration Event on Saturday, (11/23) at 2:00 PM at the Fountainhead Funeral Chapel.
