Joy Blanche was born to William P. and Pallie Lough on April 18, 1915.
She was a member of Central Baptist Church, Melbourne. Joy is survived
by two daughters Joanne Blubaugh of Melbourne, and Norma (Carlton)
Polan, of Palm Bay; a son Larry Ballou of Hedgesville, WV; a sister
Gladys Cespedes of Louisville, Ohio; six grandchildren and thirteen great-
grandchildren and seven great-great- grandchildren. The family will meet
friends 1:00PM until the time of the service at 2:00 PM Friday May 20,
2011; at Central Baptist Church 2503 Country Club Dr. Melbourne, with
Pastor Leroy Williams and Rev. Rick Lawrence, officiating. Entombment
will be held in Fountainhead Memorial Park immediately following the
service. Arrangements under the direction of Fountainhead Funeral Home.
