Kathryn F. Corr passed away peacefully on February 17, 2026, at Desert Springs Assisted Living facility, Mesa Arizona. Kathryn was born on June 8, 1927 to Catherine and Arthur Reinbolt in Queens, New York where she lived until 1951.
Kathryn met her husband and lifetime partner, Edward Corr, at a roller skating rink in Queens when she was just 14 years old. They married in 1947 and enjoyed 76 years together until Edward passed away in 2023. They shared a passion for roller skating for over 60 of those years.
Kathryn adored her husband and their three daughters Carolyn, Karen and Connie. Over the years her lovely homes reflected her passion for decorating, sewing and gardening. She often hosted parties for family and friends on Long Island and in Florida. She loved her large Corr-Reinbolt family with sisters and brothers, in-laws, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Her extended family included the Fogarty’s, Comeau’s and Guardado’s. She was also loved by a large circle of friends and neighbors from years in skating and her career in banking. All will miss her dearly.
Kathryn is survived by her three daughters, Carolyn Fogarty, Karen Comeau, and Constance Collins Guardado and their husbands Andrew Fogarty, Arthur Comeau, and Alfredo Guardado. She proudly claimed five grandchildren, Lynne Fogarty Rhode, Peter Comeau, Amy Comeau Hopper, Erika Guardado Souders, Nicole Guardado Fuentes: their spouses and eight great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death are her husband Edward F. Corr, her sister Dorothy Reinbolt Sclafani, and her brother Arthur Reinbolt.
A memorial service will be held on March 2nd at Fountainhead Funeral Home 7359 Babcock St. SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909. Internment will follow the service. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be sent to support The Alzheimer’s Association.
Gone from sight but forever in our hearts. Thank you, Mom, for your love and beautiful memories.
