Paul was born in Philadelphia, Pa., Aug. 14, 1922, to the loving parents of Paul and Clara Munyan. After finishing high school, Paul joined the U.S. Military and served in World War II. He served for four years as an MP. Paul also worked for 30 plus years for the Navy at the Naval Underwater Sound Lab at New London, retiring in 1986. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the American Legion in Connecticut. He enjoyed boating and building homemade radios.
He will be mourned by his loving stepmother, Grisillgen Munyan; and one son, Blair F. Munyan and his wife Alice of Noank, CT.
