Born in Fort Fairfield, Maine to Roy and Dorothy Kinney, he later moved to Florida in 1959.
He was a retired Fisherman.
Roy leaves behind his loving wife Beulah; son, Douglas; daughters, Linda Gail and Patricia Ann.
