My Condolence  to the sisters  and Javier  and Shane. I met miss sonia through  her son while they were living  on Newkirk avenue  where  my  family  was  living  in  the  same  building. Well  she wanted  to have a  woman  one on one sit down  meeting  .I was Like what;I guess  she want to know my intentions  with  her  son.🤭  After  the talk  we became  friends.  Then when  I  found  out  that she was a cake decorator  it  was  on and  popping .she  started  making  my Two kids  cakes  until  we left  for Georgia. But we talked  all the time . She would  tell me alot of her health  Issues and I would just be amaze of what she was coming through. I believe the last time she went back into the hospital because remember she came home but I think she got tired of  beening in pain and crying  many of night for those grown  men  of hers. I Also believe the last time she went back into the hospital she was begging and pleading to jesus to please tell your father that I'm Tired. And that I wanna come home and God finally Gave in so Jesus and God reach  down there 👐  to miss Sonia and she reached up with her hands and they  both pulled  her up into her father's  arms  where she is resting. No more pain no more crying  up there she is just looking  around  for her family.🤭🤗 so miss sonia this is not good  by just farewell  until we meet on the other side call heaven. 

Never got to meet this beautiful women but from all the good memories and stories her son Shane would share with us where very great ones. Another angel watching over . Prayers for the family and my friend Shane . 

Dear Grandma 

I don’t wish this pain on my worst enemy. I went from my heart overflowing to empty in less than 12 hours. You were my guardian angel on this earth and you will now be my forever angel in heaven. 

When my parents couldn’t take care of me, you did. You stepped in like the hero you are and raised me. You raised me as if I were your own, the only daughter you never had. You provided me with a life a child could only dream of. I needed nor wanted for nothing. You taught me independence, respect, strength, grace, class, and unconditional love. 

My love for traveling came from you. You showed me the world at a young age, always taking me on trips with you. Birthdays & Christmas were always a big deal. This has definitely rubbed off on me as well. I promise to keep this tradition going and do the same for my children when I have them. 

Every Saturday we sat in the livingroom for you to scratch & grease my scalp. The biggest thing I hated were those damn big puffy clan clan dresses from Panama, with the big ribbion bows to match,  ruffed socks, and patten leather shoes but I was fly, dressed to impress. 

Even your creative spirit rubbed off on me. You were known as THE CAKE MASTER. From design to taste You Are unmatched till this day. 

I’m grateful that you’re no longer suffering grandma. Now you can see, smell, hear, taste, and touch again. Now you can dance like you did back in the day and go shopping as much as you want. Continue to live your life again grandma, but this time live it BIGGER & BETTER.

Although there have been miles between us and it has been a while since we've seen each other, you always remain close to my heart. You we're my big sister that I could call on and confide in and you would always give your best advice. I will miss the way we supported each other's downfalls and Blessings as well. I'm praying that God gives us the strength to be at peace with you're transition. Sonia you are loved by so many people because of your heart. My dear sister you will never be forgotten. May God give all of us strength and give us comfort.
