Steven L. Smith, 50, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2011. He was a veteran
of the U.S. Air Force and had worked at the Brevard County School Board Maintenance
Department for 24 years.
Steve was an avid NASCAR fan and always had the last word to say. He was a loving
son, brother, and friend to many and will be dearly missed by his father, Abbott Smith;
his brother, Wayne (Theresa) Smith; his sister Sandra (Jimmie) Brownlee; and his nieces,
nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother,
Frances Smith and his brother, Marion Smith.
A visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Friday, September 30th at Fountainhead
Funeral Home, followed by a memorial service in the funeral home chapel.
