Celebrating the life of Suzanne W. Brettschneider (10-08-1929 – 03-08-2014) Suzanne W. Brettschneider departed this life for her eternal rest on Saturday March 8, 2014 at Anchor Care Nursing Home Palm Bay, Florida. She was born in Girard, Michigan to the parents of Harold and Verba Whitman. She lived in Carpentersville, Illinois with husband John raising her two daughters and later moved to Melbourne, FL in 1975. Suzanne enjoyed sewing, shopping, decorating the home, and making teddy bears. Traveling became one of her favorite things to do. She often traveled with her family to places like Phoenix, Las Vegas, Virginia, Washington State, Bahamas, and England.
Suzanne leaves to mourn her two loving daughters Julie Chesnut of Ft Walton Beach, FL and Jill Cyrus of Palm Bay FL; brother Wayne Whitman of Melbourne, FL; sister Marjorie Correnti of Tennessee; five grandchildren Jon, Melynda, Joshua, Braderick, and Hannah; seven great grandchildren. Preceded her in death her brother Robert Whitman and husband John.
