Dorothy T Murphy

Murphy, Dorothy T., 85 of Largo died Saturday February 2nd at home. Born June 16th 1927 in New Haven, Connecticut she was the daughter of Anthony and Maria Rascati Terrace. Dorothy was a computer programmer for Cheseborough-Ponds in Clinton, Connecticut for 23 years retiring in 1990. She was a member of St. Luke’s Catholic Church. Dorothy is survived by her loving husband of 66 years David E. Murphy whom she married June 23, 1947, two daughters Dava (Dennis) O’Connor of Greenwood, S.C, Sheryl A. Murphy of Palm Harbor, sister Antonia Buono of Clearwater, Fl., grandchildren Tanis O’Connor, Jaime Ansell, Corey O’Connor and Heather Henderson, great grandson Nate Henderson. A memorial service will be 11:00 am Tuesday February 5th at Moss Feaster Funeral Home- 693 South Belcher Rd. Clearwater, Fl. Memorial contributions may be made to the Block Island Conservancy.
