3/5/56 - 11/27/2011
Dwight passed away unexpectedly early Sunday as a result of a heart attack. He was a deeply loved husband, brother, son-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend to many. He was born in Illinois to James and Betty Cameron, who preceed him in death. His older brother Gary, younger brother Tommy, and niece Elizabeth also proceeded him in death. He was a hard working and successful entrepeneur and mentor to many. It is believed by those who knew and loved him that he was one of God's warrior angels. He would defend a loved one to the end and was also a gentle giant. His hands were strong and gentle. Children and animals loved him. Most importantly though, he was the foundation of his loving family who adored and depended on his love, strength and humor. Words cannot express how much he meant to all of us. He is survived by his best friend and wife of 36 years, Linda Cameron (and high school sweetheart). He always asked God to give him any heartache and pain that was meant for her so she would never have to suffer. He is also survived by his mother-in-law (Juanita Grant), sister-in-laws Brenda Raby (and the second love of his life, his niece Tia Raby, who was like a daughter to him) and Wanda Huntley (and her husband Greg Huntley and nephew Adam Huntley), his sister Debbie Betts (and his nephew Jason Keene), Sandra Grant, and his dear friend and business partner Joshua Baer (and his family).
