Josie Jean Bonorris

She left us while sleeping peacefully at her residence in Lancaster, California. She was 84.

Born in Scott County, Kansas. Josie moved to California to pursue her academic career and new adventures, it is there where she met her husband George, of more than 50 years.

After college Josie accepted a Job offer from Cedars Sinai hospital in their Public Relations division. After 30 years of dedicated service Josie retired to dedicate her life to her family.

She was the beloved mother of Constance and Electra, proud grandmother of Melissa, Donny, Michelle and Joey and Great Grandmother of Gabriel, Paisley, Lennon, Adrianna and Trent. She is also survived by her in laws, George, Robert, Don, Luis and Keith. Her sister Ethel, Brothers Richard and Jimmy and many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her devoted husband George, her sister Janis and brother Dave.

Per her wishes, there will be no funeral services, instead Josie wanted her children, Grandchildren and in-laws to have an intimate private celebration of life.
