James is survived by his fiancee Stephanie Sarceno, daughter Sophia Victoria Baca, son Mason Demeterius Baca, mother Gloria Tapia and his siblings Thalia Lucinda Tapia, Antonio Cruise Tapia, Kevin Valdemir Baca, Valerie Kate Baca.

Visitation for James will be held Wednesday, April 17, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM with a rosary at 7:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Panorama City, 14629 Nordhoff Street, Panorama City, CA 91402.

Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Our Lady Of The Valley Catholic Church, 22021 Gault St, Canoga, CA 91303.

Interment will follow after the mass on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Eternal Valley Memorial Park, 23287 Sierra Hwy, Newhall, CA 91321.
