Lumina is survived by her daughter Marilu A. Labao; her son Marlon G. Alabastro; her son Godofredo G. Alabastro; her daughter Melanie A. David; her son Edwin G. Alabastro; her daughter Marita G. Alabastro; and her daughter Chinky G. Alabastro.

Visitation for Lumina will be held Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Panorama City, 14629 Nordhoff Street, Panorama City, CA 91402.
