Doris was born to Esther & Thomas A. Hoopes Sr. on May 17, 1944 in Upland, PA. She graduated from DeLaWarr High School, New Castle, DE in 1962.
Doris is survived by her devoted husband of 48 years, Anthony L. D’Ambrosio Jr., her loving children, Denise A. Legenstein, Christopher M. Eskridge, Janine T. D’Ambrosio and Scott A. D’Ambrosio and her 9 beloved grandchildren.
Her true devotion was to her family and friends.
A private viewing will be held for immediate family at Alleva Funeral Home. A public memorial service will be held on Friday, March 12, 2021, 12:00 noon at Philadelphia Memorial Park, 124 Phoenixville Pike Frazer, PA.
