Jack C Emery

Jack C. Emery, 83, of Wayne, PA, Founder, Enterprise Appraisal Co., passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday September 13, 2011. He was the beloved husband of Margaret “Peg” Emery. Jack was born in Detroit, MI on May 28, 1928 to the late Clifford and Alma (nee Goodman) Emery. Jack was the founder, president and chairman of Enterprise Appraisal Co. from 1971-2007. He was highly regarded in the appraisal industry, being one of the few certified in all three appraisal disciplines. Jack was also a former vice president of Manufacturers Appraisal Co. as well as a senior member of the American Society of Appraisers since 1964. He is survived by 7 seven children: David (Pam) Ungruhe, Diane Coleman, Diane (Steve) Woedl, David (Katherine) Emery, Catherine Emery, Brad Emery and Patrick Delahanty; 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are 2 sisters: Betty Behle and Audrey Magee. Jack was an avid Phillies fan, beloved husband and amazing father who will be missed greatly by his family and many friends.
