

Born on February 2, 1944, in Newburgh, NY, Lin lived a life full of passion, dedication, and remarkable achievements. She spent the last 30 years of her life residing in Valley Forge, PA, where she became a cherished part of her community.
A proud graduate of Bryant College, Lin built an extraordinary career spanning more than 30 years in the real estate industry. She was well-known, particularly for her time at Berkshire Hathaway in Devon, and most recently at Engel & Völkers in Malvern. Her professional journey was as multifaceted as she was—enriched by years of experience in construction management, the legal field, and the hospitality industry. This rare blend of knowledge gave Lin a uniquely insightful perspective that earned her widespread respect and trust throughout the communities she served.
Earlier in her career, Lin expressed her creative spirit as an editor of an entertainment magazine in Florida, where her love for storytelling and the written word flourished. That keen editorial eye stayed with her always, informing both her work and her life. As an Accredited Staging Professional, Lin had an extraordinary talent for transforming houses into showplace homes—spaces filled with warmth, beauty, and possibility.
Rooted deeply in her Italian heritage, Lin brought boundless energy, warmth, and determination to everything she did. She was fiercely passionate about going the extra mile for her clients, approaching each relationship with care, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Her reach knew no bounds, serving Valley Forge Mountain, the Main Line, Chester County, and beyond—including Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks and Berks Counties, Western Pennsylvania, the Poconos, and New Jersey, especially the Shore.
Above all, Lin will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, her generous heart, and her ability to make people feel truly seen and cared for. Her life was one of purpose, artistry, and service—a beautiful testament to living fully and giving generously. She will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Lin’s light, creativity, and passion will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Lin is survived by her brother Peter Gandolfini of New Windsor, NY, a niece and nephew. She also leaves behind many cousins and friends whose lives she touched with her warmth and kindness.
A Celebration of Lin’s Life will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, with visitation from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at St. Isaac Jogues Parish Hall, 50 W. Walker Rd., Wayne, PA 19087. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 AM, with interment at Philadelphia Memorial Gardens, Frazer, PA.
Lin was a faithful member of St. Isaac Jogues Parish, In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Lin’s memory to St. Isaac Jogues, 50 W. Walker Rd., Wayne, PA 19087.
