Linda M. Larche

She is survived by her husband, Glenn Larche, her two children, Allan Jacobs and Kristy (Steve) Small, her four grandchildren, A.J., Ryan, Zachary, and Daniel, her brother Tom (Kathy) Mechell, sister Diane Mechell, and nieces Stephanie Mechell and Nicole (Anthony) Caines. Linda had a great love for the beach and the mountains, enjoying many years with her extended family at her parent’s home in the Poconos, at her house in Wildwood Crest and on vacations to Florida. She also took pride in her work, having worked over a span of 50+ years at organizations such as Bantam Books in New York City, Morgan Lewis & Bockius in Philadelphia and ultimately the Nuclear Regulatory Commission up until her cancer diagnosis. She was a food connoisseur, couldn’t pass up a good dry Manhattan, and had a hearty, unmistakable laugh that will be missed.

A visitation and service will be held at Alleva Funeral Home at 1724 E. Lancaster Avenue, Paoli PA 19301 on Thursday, February 3, 2022. Visitation is from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. with the service to follow at 10:30. Burial will be at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Linda’s honor may be made to St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
