Bill was born at Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Upper Darby and graduated from Sun Valley Senior High School, Aston PA. Bill’s early hobbies included model railroading, radio-controlled planes, roller-skating and attending NASCAR racing events.
Bill has been a resident at Inglis House since 2019, where he excelled. Learning computers, internet, gaming and most recently to paint via adaptive art techniques through Artistic Realization Technologies (A.R.T.). Two of his paintings (Sunny Day 1 & 2) were selected to appear in Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital Foundation “Art Ability” exhibit and sale. Bill was filled with pride when both paintings sold.
Bill’s major loves were bold, bright, colorful clothing; Inglis trips, excursions, and music. His favorites were Hip-Hop, Rap, Rhythm & Blues. He was always on the move…often navigating the hallways of Inglis House with his music playing, attracting friends & staff to stop and enjoy his favorite songs. He could be spotted buzzing around the courtyard, hunting down staff, buying sweets or shopping.
Bill will be buried in a private graveside service Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at Philadelphia Memorial Park, 124 Phoenixville Pike, Frazer, PA 19335.
