Fred was a quiet man with a gentle spirit. He enjoyed the comforts of home and when you needed him, you could find him tootling around, working on projects in the house or backyard, or retiring to his recliner with a snack of sunflower seeds and an episode of Blue Bloods on the tv. In the autumn, the sound of Husker football and the aroma of stuffed peppers baking in the oven filled Fred's house every Saturday.
Fred worked tirelessly and was respected for his expertise and patient leadership during his long career in the wholesale plumbing supply business until his retirement in 2020.
