Don Dewayne Davis, 59, of Paris, passed away Sunday, Nov. 5, 2017, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled graveside services for 3:00 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 12th, at Mt. Tabor Cemetery with Rev. Tiny Freelen officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Don, the son of Charles William and Annie Louise Risener Davis, was born Feb. 15, 1958, in Paris. He was employed by Oliver Tire & Rubber Company and was of the Pentecostal Faith. He was preceded in death by his mother, Annie Louise Risener Crafton, his father, Charles William “Dub” Davis, sisters, Lois Ann Lynch and Joyce Davis and a nephew, Willie Ray “Lil Willie” Lynch. Survivors include his wife, Tonette L. Reid, children; Stacie Byrd, Stacia Bragg & husband Damon, Sammy John Davis, Don Brett Davis, Shawn Dewayne Reid & wife Miranda Waite and Clinton Charles Reid & wife Heather, grandchildren, Timothy Byrd, Nathan Dooley, Jacob, Zackary, Kassidy & Jayden Brown, Allani & Corbin Davis, Pink Saphire Tassin, Ellanor “Ellie” Davis, Tiffany Reid and Tyler Reid, great grandchildren, Ashley, Havyn, Casen and Liam, siblings; Fay Kelly & husband William, Carolyn Dunn & husband Rodger, Debbie Jackson & husband Danny, Sheryl Helms, Charles Davis & wife Sue, Susan Davis, Sandra Parker, Mike Davis & wife Susan and Mark Davis & wife Sharlot along with numerous nieces & nephews and a host of friends.
