Barbara A. Frame

Barbara was born January 24, 1936 in Parkersburg to Harold Miller and Aileen {Lockney} Leonhart.

She married Vernon Lee Frame on July 2, 1977. Barbara graduated from PHS in 1953, was employed at The Bureau of Public Debt and retired after 36 years in 2003 and was a member of the Davis Memorial Wesleyan Church. She loved to read, watch movies and cook.

Barbara will be deeply missed by her husband Vernon, son; James Michael Wilson of Vienna, WV, David Edward (Debbie) Wilson and Alan Scott Wilson both of Parkersburg, WV, daughter; Kelly A. (Steve) Snider of Belpre, Ohio, step-son; Mark Frame, Belpre, Ohio and step-daughter, Linda (Greg) Hensley of Tuppers Plains, Ohio, grandchildren; Shaun David Wilson, Parkersburg, Heather Dawn McBride, Clermont, FL, Marianne (David) Fitzwater, Fayetteville, WV and Scotty Stanley, Belpre, great-grandchildren; Brady, Gavin and Easton Fitzwater, Colton and Cayden Wilson, step-grandchildren; Tyler Austin and Nathaniel Hensley. She is also survived by 1 brother in law and 2 sisters in law. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents. The family would like to thank the Nursing Staff and Doctors at Marietta Memorial Hospital for their care of Barbara.

Friends may call Thursday, July 23, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Funeral services will be Friday, July 24, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Rick Bourne officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Memory Gardens.
