Francis was born April 1, 1937 in Parkersburg, WV to Charles and Beatrice {Hammond} Reid.
He was a shipping and receiving clerk at AW Cox Department Store for 28 years.
Francis will be deeply missed by his Nephews Michael Reid of Washington, WV and Roger Reid of Parkersburg, WV.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Marjorie Leisure.
Friends may call two hours before the service on Thursday from 11 to 1 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Funeral services will be Thursday at 1p.m. at the funeral home with Dr. Rev.
