He was born October 1, 1956, a son of the late Harry Mills and Sondra Lemley Mills.
Harry dedicated many years of service as a computer technician for the Board of Education. He took great pride in his work and was known for his patience, problem-solving skills, and willingness to help others. He will be deeply missed.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife, Liz Mills; son, Ian (Traci) Mills of Parkersburg, WV; daughter, Rhiannon (Bryan) Overton of Parkersburg, WV; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two sisters.
