Dad was born in Trail BC and eventually settled in Port Alberni with his wife of 60 years Catherine and their three children, Mel, Joe, and Anna.
Dad was a man of many talents and built every structure on their property: the family home, utility trailers and even his “still” to make grappa.
Some classic “Ang Antics” include:
- Sticky kitchen floors from making & spilling his hummingbird sugar water.
- A mountain of pre-cut kindling for fires 365 days of the year, and;
- His favorite corner to fish at Frederick Lake that all knew to steer clear.

As per Dad‘s request there will be no service.
Do not be sad for his passing, but celebrate his life, for he is now reunited with passed family and friends.
