So saddened to hear about Ardis' passing. I always enjoyed her letters at Christmas keeping us upto date on my Maki cousins. So sad I didn't get up to Parksville to see her one last time and tell her about going over and meeting the relatives in Finland this year. Our sympathy to all the Logan family as another leaf has left out family tree.

It was with deep sadness that I learned of Ardie's passing. I looked forward to our weekly visits and I will miss her sunny disposition and her many warm and funny stories about life in Bamfield. She was quite simply a joy. My sincere condolences to all of her family.
