Very sorry to hear of Verons' passing. Her perpetual smile and warm, friendly personality will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

My deepest sympathy for the loss of Verona. As you know, she was one of the first people I knew when we moved to Qualicum in 1952. She was a lovely, gracious lady. Her endearing smile always made me feel so special.

Bonnie- I give back to you the words on the card you sent me almost 2 years ago - "Sincere thoughts are with you during this time of sorrow, along with wishes that the memories of your loved on bring you peace, strength, and comfort."

Our deepest condolences to Gerry and your family. Dave was one of your employees at the Petro-Canada in Qualicum in the 1980's. He has always said that you both were the best bosses he ever has had, he also recounts many great memories from working there.

I am so sorry to hear of Verona's passing. My husband and I lived in Qualicum Beach in the 1950's when we were still teenagers and again for 3 years when we had retired. We knew Verona and Gerald all these past years and spent a very nice New Years Eve with them and their friends the Parkers, when we had just moved back to Qualicum and would have had a lonely New Years if it wasn't for their hospitality. I feel very sad about her passing having had to go through this grieving myself as my husband Gordon has been gone for 2 years now.  Audrey
