Minnie SAM was born on November 25, 1944 and passed away on April 2, 2016 and is under the care of Yates Memorial Services.
Visitation will be held on April 6, 2016 at 7:00 pm at Yates Memorial Chapel - Port Alberni , 4470 Gertrude Street, Port Alberni, British Columbia.
Celebration of Life will be held on April 7, 2016 at 11:00 am at Maht Mahs Gym - Tseshaht First Nation , 5000 Mission Road, Port Alberni, British Columbia.
