

Born June 9, 1945 in Regina, Saskatchewan, she was the cherished daughter of Jean and Edwin Swanson. After graduating from Govan High School, she attended the University of Saskatchewan, enrolled in general sciences. After completing her first year she applied to the Dental Hygiene program at the University of Alberta where she went on to completed a degree in Dental Hygiene and met her true love, Dale Graham.
Myrna and Dale married in 1967 in Semans, Saskatchewan. Together, they shared 59 years of partnership, laughter and incredible adventures. Myrna was a devoted and loving mother to Todd and Kerry.
She will be remembered for her love of family and warm hospitality. She had many passions including quilting, sewing, knitting, baking, curling, golf, skiing and pretty much any outdoor activity, especially if family was involved.
She is lovingly remembered by her husband Dale; her children Todd (Shana) Graham, Kerry (Colin) Perry; her grandchildren Emily (Ryland) Graham, Amie Graham, Sara Perry, Jake Perry, Sophie Perry and Anna Perry; her brother Dale (Willa) Swanson and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Myrna has requested a private family celebration of her life. In lieu of flowers, please take a moment to remember Myrna, for it was the simple things in life that made her happy. Donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada are also appreciated.
