Paul Raymond De Vries
May 16, 1973 - September 20, 2017
Paul passed peacefully in the evening hour at West Coast General Hospital after a 7 month heroic battle with lympticblastic leukemia. He was 44 years of age.
He is survived by his children Coltin and Ashley, his partner Shannon, her children Katira and Katanna, his loving and supportive parents Renger and Carol De Vries, his sister Pamela (Andrew) Schneider, his niece Rebecca and nephews Jordan and Zackary and large extended family.
Paul will leave an empty void in many lives; his laughter, and wicked sense of humour will be missed beyond measure. Our comfort rests in the knowledge that Paul is free from pain and suffering. He is riding his Harley on the most beautiful highway enjoying magnificent views.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Muehlenberg, Dr. Putz and Dr. W. Johnsen and the wonderful nurses for your compassion and kindness.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Paul’s life will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2017 – 2:00 PM at the Christian Reformed Church – 5033 Roger Street – Pastor Curtis Korver officiating.
