

It is with heavy hearts that we announce Steven's passing. He is survived by his parents, Rob and Noni Clark, brothers, Robert and David; sister, Christine (Rob) Ham; adopted sister, Fran (Dave) Rainer. He will also be greatly missed by his 10 nephews and their families; aunts, uncles, and cousins; his two special freinds Suzanne and Marcella; and his extended circle of friends on facebook.
Steven was born and raised in Victoria where he graduated from Mt Doug High School and attended Camoson College. He moved to Ottawa in his early 20's and later to Winnipeg - a city he loved. Steven spent 17 years in Winnipeg where he went back to finish his schooling. He earned a BA in Art History at the University of Winnipeg and was awarded the Gold Medal for graduating at the top of his class.
Thirteen years ago, he returned to the Island settling in Qualicum Beach. Steven loved the ocean and walked the beaches every day with his camera at the ready to take pictures. He posted his beautiful, and sometimes unusual, photos after every walk taking great pleasure in sharing them with his facebook friends all over the world.
Steven was a kind, loving, gentle soul and will be missed my all who knew him.
He was a fabulous son, brother, and uncle.
