Victoria was born May 24, 1955 in Victoria, BC to Roy and Amelia Clemett (Brentwood Bay, BC) and passed peacefully September 5, 2025, at the age of 70 years. Victoria attended elementary and high-schools in central-Saanich prior to studying cosmetology and later going on to work for the government in Victoria, BC.
Victoria was preceded by her late loving husband David ‘Peter’ Keel in 2025 of 46 years of marriage.
Victoria is survived by her son Adam Keel (Alma) of Nanaimo, BC and granddaughter Xairia; daughter Leean Keel of Duncan, BC; step-son Steven Keel of Quesnel, BC and grandchildren Justin and Kelsey; step-son Brian Burnside (Laura) of Pierceland, SK; and grandchildren Brooke (Austin), Taylor, Damon (Morgan), Meghan (Colin); great-grandchildren Bentley, Elliana and Brinley; brother Gordon Clemett (Melecia); niece Melinda V. Clemett Martelli (Paul) and daughter Zoey; nephew Christopher Clemett (Andi) and daughters Rylin and Mackenna; brother Dennis Clemett.
And her beloved shitzus Ruby Rose and Hunter.
