Bill is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Alison, his sister Patricia Weiss (Herman,) Brother-in-law Peter LeBlanc (Carolyn,) and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bill spent most of his working life in the automotive industry. He was known for his honesty and integrity. Bill was a long time active member of St. Paul's Anglican Church in Nanaimo.
He was a past Master of Nanaimo #110 Masonic Fraternity. In May 2026 he was installed Master of Manoah Lodge #141, Tofino. He was a member of Royal Arch Masons, Keystone Chapter #8, and a Past Patron of Crescent Chapter #10, Order of the Eastern Star.
Service to be held at St. Paul's Anglican Church Nanaimo on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 1:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit of NRGH.
