Arturo Isreal Gonzales

Arturo Isreal Gonzales, age 80, of Houston, Texas passed away on Friday, November 10, 2023. He was born July 13, 1943 to Jesus and Vicenta (Mora) Gonzales. Arturo proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, he enjoyed watching old movies and was a avid football fan. He truly loved being with his family and loved animals.

He is survived by his wife, Maria Salazar; children, Arthur Gonzales, Angelique Frazier, and Andrew Gonzales along with step-children, Kimberly Lara, Ana Rojas, Jasmine Rojas and Marcos Rojas; 19 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 2 brothers, Richard and Alfred Gonzales and numerous other extended family members. He is preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Virginia Gonzales and brother, Carlos Gonzales.

A visitation for Arturo will be held Thursday, November 16, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, 901 Main, Pasadena, TX 77506. A visitation will occur from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 901 Main, Pasadena, TX 77506. A graveside service will occur Friday, November 17, 2023 from 10:15 AM to 11:30 AM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038.
