Carol Louise Griffin

Carol passed away peacefully from this life the morning of August 5th, 2025, after a long battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her loving family during the last days of her life. She lived a vibrant life filled with love, kindness, and joy. She touched many hearts and will be deeply missed. Her spirit will forever inspire those who knew. May she rest in peace. She was born in Wareham, Mass. on July 5, 1948, to Robert Barnes, and Dorothy Burke. She was married to George Griffin for 58 years.

Carol had a career office administration for Brown and Root, Phillip 66, GKR Precision Grinding Inc. She had a passion for being with her family, traveling, arts and crafts, rescuing animals, holiday baking, and was very adventurous.

Carol was preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Burke, her father Robert Barnes, and her brothers Johnny Barnes, and Michael Barnes.

Carol is survived by her husband George Griffin, her three children and spouses, Laura and Chris Robidoux, Paul Griffin, Brenda and Saul Raya; three grandchildren and spouses, Kaitlyn and Andrew Toups, Morgan Robidoux, and Aaron Raya; and one great grandson, Tanner Toups; her sister Susan Reschke.
