Charles worked as a machinist in the Oil and Gas Industry within the Houston area where he retired. Charles enjoyed his time outdoors fishing, hunting, hiking, and camping. Charles was an avid treasure hunter. On a trip to New Mexico, Charles found small artifacts and gold dust where the possibilities of the Lost Adams Dig looked promising enough to generate excitement and prospect for the next 10 years.
