Garry Don Finch

Garry Don Finch was called home by our Lord on December 13, 2017, just 3 weeks after the love of his life received her call. Their life together is a true love story. Garry was born on September 4, 1955 in Pasadena Texas. He was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, he loved life and all it had to offer. He enjoyed fishing, camping, cooking, listening to music, taking pictures, and creating memories with his loved ones. He was a strong man, a fighter, he fought liver cancer for 4 1/2 years, along with other ailments. The legacy he leaves is far greater than material things. He leaves a legacy of love, laughter, joy, unselfishness, forgiveness, strength and courage.

He is survived by his 4 children; son Ronnie Eric Finch, his daughters Corryn and Remi, daughter Brandy Christina Dickey, her children Tremon, Alize, and Jewelle, daughter Tarin Anne Gonzalez, her husband Alex and their children Sasha, Naomii, Jacob, and Grace, daughter Casey Donise Finch, her husband Donald Ray, his sister Regina Anne Vick, her husband Lonnie, his brother George Robert Finch, his wife Doretta and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his wife Tressia Gail Finch, father Robert Percy Finch, mother Thelma Louise Finch and best friend and fishing buddy Carl.

A going home celebration will be held at 1pm, Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Funeraria Del Angel. Family and friends are welcomed to celebrate Garry's life at 5654 Condon Ln.
