Juandine always shared her energy and enthusiasm for life with everyone that she met. In her early days in Oklahoma, she was a telephone operator along with her twin sister Imogene. She later worked as the bookkeeper for her husband Dick at their Ben Franklin variety store in Pasadena.
As a loving and caring mother, she was very involved with her children’s activities. Juandine was always the team mother for their baseball teams and never missed any of their activities. She loved to play games with her family, and she would usually end up winning. Juandine enjoyed fishing and water sports. Her real passion was bowling where she was able to use her competitive nature and skills to be on many championship teams and compete at national tournaments.
Juandine and Dick were avid bridge players and enjoyed playing bridge with many of their dear friends. They were blessed to have such good friends with whom they also enjoyed many trips and activities. Her community service included being President of the Pasadena Rotary Anns and a member of the Red Hat Society.
Juandine will truly be missed by her family, and she will always have a special place in our hearts. She had a saving faith relationship with Jesus Christ, and we look forward to a glorious reunion with her someday in heaven. We thank you for all your love and prayers that you have shown during this time, and our prayer is that you personally know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
