Lois Tollerson, born July 20, 1929 in Poplarville, MS passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 2:25 PM after a long battle with COPD. Her final moments were spent peacefully in her home in Anderson, TX, surrounded by family.
Known for her beautiful smile and fun-loving ways. She enjoyed fishing, watching Astros Baseball games, Sudoku books, gardening, camping and her grandchildren more than anything. Lois will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Lois’ family asks that she be remembered for the joy she brought to others in life not the sadness of her passing.
She is survived by daughters Annie Seagraves, Brenda Barnett, Rebekah Whitmore and husband Ronald, 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren, 1 great-great-great grandchild, other family members and many others who were like family to her.
A private ceremony will be held at Pasadena Funeral Chapel, 2203 Pasadena Blvd. Pasadena, TX 77502 on April 29, 2025, at 12:00 Noon. Family will receive friends at 1:00pm and services will begin at 2:00pm with interment at Grand View Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 5801 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, TX at 3:000 pm.
Flowers and memorial gifts are welcome but not necessary.
Serving as pallbearers are Jay Covert, Danny Barnett, Frank Owens, Jason Barnett, Justin Barnett, Cody Johnson, Zachary Manuel, Ty Barnett and Ron Kerr.
