They are survived by Gary Martin (Susie) (Brother), Three Sisters-in-law (.), Connie Nelson (John) and James Crews (Friends and neighbors), Mrs. Cook is preceded in death by her husband John C. Cook; 4 Brothers and 2 sisters. Also left to cherish her memory are her nieces, nephews other friends and church family..
