Born on April 23, 1958, in El Monte, California, Cynthia was the beloved daughter of Albert and Rita Ridino. She will be deeply remembered for her gentle spirit, her contagious laugh, and the unwavering love she gave so freely to her family.
Cynthia is lovingly survived by her husband, Brian Powell; her daughter, Julie Powell, and son-in-law James Powell; her mother, Rita Ridino; her sister, Debbie Goodwin; her brother, Bill Ridino; and her cherished grandchildren, Aubrey and Austin Powell. She was preceded in death by her father, Albert Ridino, godfather, William Ridino, Mother-in-Law Rachel Main and Father-in-Law Harold Powell.
