NORMAN was an American Field Service Exchange Student at San Bernardino High School, Class of 1963. He graduated Valedictorian at Negros Occidental High School, Class of 1962, and Cum Laude at La Salle College in Bacolod, Class of 1967, where he received a 4-year full scholarship. He was Editor-in-Chief of the school paper, "The Spectrum", was active in Debating Club, a thespian of Theatre and Arts Guild and one time National Champion of "Young Man, Go In to Business" oratorical contest. He was a Career Insurance Executive at Filipinas Life and Pacific Plans in the Philippines. He is survived by his son, Ryan, and daughter, Mitzi; Grandsons L Inigo, Inaki, Inacio and Xavier; his two sisters: Leticia Koop from Sydney, Australia and Amelia Bejar of Dumaguete City; and his Ex-Wives: Marlene Garay and Leticia Romasanta. He will be remembered as a good husband and provider, a wonderful father and grandfather, a loving brother and a faithful friend. He will be greatly missed but treasured memories shared with him will remain etched in our hearts. Rest in Peace, dear Norman.
