I knew Walter or as I would call him “Grandad” towards the end of his life.  Walt’s  son is my step grandpa,  Over the years as I visited grandad he gave me lots of talks and with lots of wisdom about life and god, he always seemed in high spirits and still had his humor very much intact, but most importantly he drove his little Toyota Camry like it was NASCAR. Not very many people in this world have shown me kindness and shown me that they care but grandad did. He will always have a special place in my heart. I hope your resting easy in heaven grandad  <3

I had the privilege of working at Cold Spring School for 11 years.  It was a special time with wonderful Christian fellowship.  Walt was a blessing to all of us.
