Carol J. Burke 76 of Reynoldsburg, OH passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2011.
Carol was born on March 26, 1935 to the late Richard and Nellie (Duffey) Whalen.
Carol is survived by her children; Rebecca “RJ” (Margo Butcher) Shaw, Sherry (Al) Wiggins, Donald (Denise) Shaw, Kevin (Barbara) Shaw, stepson Stanley (Maria) Burke, eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, brothers, Lawrence, Carl and Allen Whalen along with many good friends. Carol is preceded in death by her parents and a brother Thomas Whalen. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Carol’s family would like to share her favorite prayer with all who knew her. “Father, God Bless all my family and friends in whatever it is that You know they may be needing this day! And may their life be full of your peace, prosperity and power as he/she seeks to have a closer relationship with you.
