Debra Maria Balawajder, 72, of Gahanna, went to her eternal home to be with Jesus on Sunday, February 22, 2026. She was born on September 27, 1953 in Sewickley, PA, a daughter to the late Michael and Jean (Anzur) Kamicker. Debra is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Ronald Balawajder; children, Robert (Brittany) Balawajder, Pat (Rikki) Balawajder and Carrie (Josh) Vandenburg; grandchildren, Eliana, Maddux, Emma, Silas, Sunny, Zoe and Judah; siblings, Larry (Andrea) Kamicker and Maxine (Tom) Vigliotta and many nieces and nephews. Honoring the family’s wishes, private services will take place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
