Gavin Michael Smith, age 18, of Pataskala, Ohio passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021. Gavin was born February 18, 2003.
A memorial gathering for Gavin will be held Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Kauber-Fraley Funeral Home, 289 S. Main Street, Pataskala, Ohio 43062, followed by a memorial service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
