John Floyd Hartsough, 77, passed away May 21, 2015 at Heartland of Uptown Westerville. He was born on December 12, 1937 in Columbus, OH., a son to the late Raymond W. and Fern Hartsough. John is survived by his children; Jon E. Hartsough, Mark A. (Michelle) Hartsough and Lisa N. Carifa; grandchildren, Madison West, Nicolas Hartsough, Nina and Nicole Carifa; sisters, Ruth Ann (Arthur) Fout and Patty (Roger) Hayes; brother, Clee (Polly) Hartsough. Private family services.
