Matthew Christian Davis, 49, of Columbus, Ohio passed away Thursday, May 23, 2024 at his residence. He was born December 29, 1974 in Columbus, Ohio to Vickie and James Davis, who survive. Matt was a graduate of the Class of 1993 from Watkins Memorial High School. He was the head meat cutter for Kroger, where he put in many hardworking hours over the last 33 years. Matt enjoyed woodworking, collecting guns, wolves, and spending time outdoors. In addition to his parents, Matt is survived by his beloved wife of 21 years Adhara Davis; children, Parrish (Deonna) Drasko, Madison (James DeLong) Davis, Ayden Davis, and Paige Davis; grandchildren, Merida, Lyria, Lucas, William, Juniper; brother, Andrew Davis; grand-dog, Jesse; and a host of other, family, friends, and loved ones. He is preceded in passing by his siblings, Jimmy Davis, Shannon Davis, and Luke Davis. Family and friends may call from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. with a service to begin at 1 p.m. Friday, May 31, 2024 at Kauber-Fraley Funeral Home, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, OH 43062.
